Chelmsford Man Wins $1 Million in Massachusetts State Lottery s Celtics Banner 18 Game

It looks like Paul Hart from Chelmsford is having quite the year, winning $1 million in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s new Celtics Banner 18 scratch ticket game.

Hart opted for the cash payout of $650,000 after purchasing the winning ticket at Corner Cupboard in Chelmsford. He plans to use his winnings for home improvements and his son’s education.

The store where Hart bought the ticket will also benefit, receiving a $10,000 bonus.

This game offers even more chances to win, with four additional $1 million grand prizes and a unique Second Chance Drawing where players can enter non-winning tickets for a chance to win Celtics-related prizes.

Among these, participants have the opportunity to compete in the Banner 18 Challenge during a Celtics game, with one lucky winner taking home an extra $1 million.

The Celtics Banner 18 ticket is part of a series of successful Celtics-branded offerings from the Massachusetts Lottery, continuing the tradition of excitement for both fans and players alike.
