Cleveland police report that a man wanted for a double murder at a local bar in March 2023 has been arrested in Arizona.
According to Lt. Evie West, the suspect, Brandon Crofton, is accused of fatally shooting two women at the Classy Cat Lounge on Inman Street before fleeing the state.
Authorities from multiple agencies collaborated to track down Crofton, ultimately locating him in Glendale, Arizona, thanks to a reliable tip.
Lt. West stated that U.S. Marshals identified Crofton in a vehicle and apprehended him at a business location.
Crofton is now awaiting extradition to Tennessee, where he faces charges including two counts of first-degree murder, possession of a firearm during a felony, and reckless endangerment involving serious injury or the use of a deadly weapon.
