This is an update about the arrest of Jacob Lee Gunn, a Montana fugitive, who was apprehended on February 20 in Rockford, Washington.
The arrest was carried out by the U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force, with support from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
Gunn, who had been wanted for violating pre-trial supervision conditions related to felony counts of sexual abuse of children involving the possession of illicit material, was located through coordination between the Missoula County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service in Montana.
He is currently being held at Spokane County Jail awaiting extradition to Montana.
