Robbie Wolfe, a star of American Pickers, has quietly built a notable collection of properties in Iowa. The 57-year-old, who joined the show full-time in 2022 after replacing Frank Fritz, has also made a name for himself in real estate. Besides his role on American Pickers, Robbie owns United Service Motors, a shop in Davenport specializing in vintage cars and antiques.
In March 2021, Robbie purchased a commercial building for $200,000 and spent an additional $25,655 on renovations. The shop, which sits on a quarter-acre lot, holds a variety of Americana items, including vintage signs, classic cars being restored, and even a British phone booth.
In October 2020, Robbie bought a 6.11-acre property for $80,000, which has a 1,768-square-foot utility building. He also owns a 3,092-square-foot home, purchased in August 2017 for $335,000. That home is now worth around $477,000. It sits on more than an acre of land near a 10-acre wooded area and features maple hardwood floors, high ceilings, a spacious kitchen, and a master bedroom with a skylight and private bathroom. Outside, there’s a three-car garage, a brick patio, and a hot tub.
Robbie’s brother and American Pickers co-star, Mike Wolfe, 60, has an even bigger real estate portfolio, valued at about $5 million across Iowa and Tennessee. Mike is working on a $93 million project in Columbia, Tennessee, which locals are excited about as it aims to bring new life to the town. Mike’s other properties include Columbia Motor Alley, purchased for $400,000 in 2017, the Two Lanes Guesthouse, and a $1.05 million home in Leiper’s Fork. With an estimated net worth of $7 million, Mike makes nearly half a million dollars each season on the show.
