Two Idaho Residents Arrested in Centralia for Attempting to Sell Firearms and Drugs

Two Idaho residents have been arrested in Centralia for attempting to sell firearms and drugs. On January 3, around noon, local police received reports of three individuals trying to sell weapons and drugs.

Utilizing Flock Safety Cameras, officers identified a suspect vehicle and discovered it had been stolen in a carjacking in Meridian, Idaho.

After confirming the car’s stolen status, police set up an undercover operation, convincing the suspects to return and proceed with the sale.

A 23-year-old man and woman were arrested during a traffic stop. Upon searching the vehicle with a warrant, officers found multiple firearms—including two semi-automatic rifles, a shotgun, three handguns, and a ghost gun—along with ammunition, marijuana, and other narcotics.

The suspects were taken to Lewis County Jail, facing charges of possession of a stolen car, possession of stolen firearms, and conspiracy to deliver controlled substances.

The man may face additional charges for firearm possession due to his felon status.
