It looks like Eric Mabius, known for his role as Daniel Meade on Ugly Betty, has been arrested on charges of battery and resisting arrest following an incident at a bar in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
The arrest report states that Mabius allegedly knocked two women to the ground and pulled one’s hair, leading to the charges.
Although the victims did not press charges, Mabius reportedly became belligerent with deputies, resulting in an additional charge for resisting arrest without violence.
The case is still awaiting trial, and Mabius’ representatives have not commented yet.
